He was also extremely helpful in answering questions about company policies about picking up the container but explained that ultimately contacting the office is the best policy. David showed me how to open and close the container and answered my questions about how rain might affect the container. I needed a dumpster for construction materials. They helped me pick the perfect size dumpster and scheduled a timely delivery. All I had to do was to show the delivery driver where I wanted the dumpster container to be dropped off. When the dumpster was ready for pick up, I got a text about 1/2 prior to pick up. That gave me a chance to move my car and make room for the pick up truck. When the pickup truck arrived within the pre announced time; I didn’t even have to go out. The truck driver had picked up the dumpster and was driving off. The entire experience was pleasant, professional, painless, beautifully conducted.
